Karen brings to Camion/310 over 18 years of experience in working with Economic Development Organizations at the state, regional and local level as well as with utilities and international agencies. She joined 310 Ltd in 2000 while still in college and over the years her role has expanded into a position with oversight of project management functions as well as research and database administration.
Karen works across multiple client projects evaluating data needs and instructing the team on specific research requests to ensure targeted and up-to-date data is included with each campaign and identified prospects meet each client’s parameters of an acceptable lead.
She has applied the knowledge she learned while attending Strayer University to enhance 310’s database holdings with functions to both update and track company and industry trends. In addition, her organizational skills have helped to create a number of operating processes used by project managers to keep clients informed of their campaign progress and ensuring the 310 team has the proper infrastructure in place.
Karen has been active in a number of volunteer organizations including PTA, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts as well as various youth sports associations.
