Dan uses his expertise in planning and design to illustrate specific priority sites, market and industry opportunities, and development projects to craft a vision that generates support and attracts private investment.
Dan earned his Master of Urban Planning degree from Harvard University. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Binghamton University where he received the Neal A. Lerner Award for excellence in economics.
