Chris began his career in economic development marketing in 2005 as an outbound call analyst for 310 Marketing and quickly became adept in finding qualified prospects for clients across the globe. Over time his role developed into that of mentor and trainer for new analysts and also began to include assisting other project managers with quality assurance of deliverables as well as direct contact with clients, ultimately evolving into full project management.
Over the course of this time with Camoin 310, Chris has been directly involved in the siting of multiple companies’ expansion and relocation projects including those for Virginia’s e‐Region, One Columbus (formerly Columbus 2020), SouthernCarolina Alliance, North Carolina’s Southeast, and others. Multiple localities and states have also experienced site visits due to Chris’ work either directly as an analyst or through his work as a project manager.
Prior to working for 310 Ltd in Richmond, VA, Chris had a multitude of roles within retail giant Wal‐Mart Stores, Inc in Fairfax, VA and later Richmond for close to a decade learning the DNA of the #1 company on the Fortune 500 list. From human resources to transportation and logistics operations to finance and data center functions, these segments of the business were his intro to what would later become the focus of some of Camoin 310’s clients.
