Andy is focused on utilizing his background in public finance and municipal budget development; infrastructure planning and project management; public private partnership development; policy and legislative coordination; and strategic planning to help communities achieve outcomes that promote economic growth, diversity, resiliency, and prosperity for all.
During his tenure with Camoin 310, Andy has worked on a variety of projects focusing primarily on demographic and industry analysis, economic impact analysis, economic revitalization strategies, strategic planning, and alternative energy economic and policy analysis. Andy is also a member of Camoin 310's Real Estate Development Services team and has worked as an analyst on a variety of real estate development projects with both city officials and private developers. Real estate market feasibility, pro-forma financial development, economic impact, and development scenario analysis have all been focuses for Andy on past projects.
Prior to joining Camoin 310, Andy worked in a variety of roles within the City and County of Denver, CO's Department of Finance including positions as a Senior Budget and Policy Analyst, and as a Capital Financial Specialist. While working for the City and County of Denver, Andy helped establish and supported the city’s first public private partnership (P3) office and the procurement of its first flagship programs; acted as the budget and management office liaison and lead analyst to the City's Department of Economic Development, Public Works, and Department of Finance; helped facilitate the coordination, development, and implementation of the city’s $160M+ annual capital improvement program (CIP) leading to a fiscally sound plan of investment focusing on funding new capital projects while also addressing the city's backlog of capital maintenance projects; and acted as a project manager helping to deliver large capital projects and coordinate their funding and delivery with internal staff, executive directors, elected officials, and external project stakeholders and partners.
Andy holds an MBA from Clarkson University, and a BS from SUNY Geneseo in Business Administration.
Andy enjoys spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors hiking and golfing in the Adirondacks.
