Addressing the need to redevelop vacant industrial and commercial properties along its Broadway Corridor, Camoin Associates assisted the Village of Monticello in creating a downtown economic development plan. The plan addressed critical issues pertaining to downtown revitalization, commercial and industrial site development, as well as overall community improvement.
