Justin Gifford

Justin Gifford Since joining Camoin Associates, Justin has implemented cohesive strategies to improve the way we provide services to clients. Justin brings experience in survey research methods and evaluation, as well as the use of social media and other internet based tools in collecting and disseminating information, which is vital for effective strategies. Managing the company's website and social media presence, Justin regularly works with staff and clients to find ways to use social media, blogs, project pages and other internet technologies to enhance the way we do business.

For the past four years, Justin has been the lead staff member for the major survey portion of a Comprehensive Research and Development Evaluation for the State of Maine. Justin has also worked with local county and municipal governments on strategic planning and project management processes as well as worked with several non-profit organizations and statewide committees with planning efforts including: membership attraction, satisfaction and retention; and use of internet and mobile technology to collect and disseminate information.

Justin holds a Masters degree in Public Policy and Management with a Certificate in Applied Research and Evaluation Methods, from the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine. He also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine.
