City of Lockport - Downtown Development & Marketing Strategy - The City of Lockport utilized the services of Camoin Associates and Wendel Duchscherer Architects and Engineers to develop a downtown revitalization and target marketing strategy that capitalized on the Erie Canal and other local attractions. Market research findings and recommendations were included in a larger development strategy that addressed downtown market positioning and branding, as well as several action items designed to support the recruitment of new, and the expansion of existing, businesses to the area.

City of Johnstown - The City of Johnstown, located in Fulton County New York, received a grant from the New York State Brownfield Opportunity Areas (BOA) Program to conduct a pre-nomination study for a proposed 500 acre area in and around the site of the former Karg Brothers Tannery on the northern end of the City. The BOA Pre-nomination Study examines potential brownfield sites and the surrounding residential, commercial and recreation areas to analyze the potential reuse of the sites in an effort to revitalize old industrial districts.
