Tug Hill ATV Economic
Impact Assessment As a result of increasing ATV use in the Tug Hill region, the Cooperative Tug Hill Council (CTHC) began organizing interested parties to facilitate the identification of pertinent issues. The outcome of the first ATV Issues Group meeting held in December 2004 identified the need to understand the true economic benefits and costs of ATV activity. As a result, the CHTC hired Camoin Associates to examine a number of economic and fiscal impact issues.
