To assess the potential impact of the relocation of LakeEast Hospital from the City to a new site in the neighboring Concord Township, City officials commissioned Camoin Associates to determine the economic and fiscal ramifications.  The analysis relied on City budget information, as well as data provided by the Hospital on its operational costs.
