Addressing the need to enhance the availability of commercial space to support downtown business development, Camoin Associates assisted the Village of Monticello in the administration of its CDBG-funded Downtown Commercial Building Improvement Program. The program provides eligible businesses and commercial property owners with deferred payment loans to support building improvements that lead to business development and job creation.
